Creamy and rich with good nutty flavor, these easy overnight oats are a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quaker® Oats-Quick 1-Minute Oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Cooking Instructions

  • In large bowl, stir together QUAKER® Oats Quick 1-Minute Oats, almond milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 2 days.
  • Divide overnight oats among 4 bowls to serve.

Tips

  • Top overnight oats with sliced banana or your favorite chopped fruit. Boost overnight oats with chia seeds if desired.
