Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Quaker® Oats-Quick 1-Minute Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Oz Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce, Unsweetened
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 Cup – 1 Cup Quaker Oat Flour (depending on desired thickness)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbls Cocoa Powder
  • To taste Powdered Sugar, optional

Cooking Instructions

  • Combine oil and chocolate into bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 sec intervals until chocolate is melted.
  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl, whisk together to combine, allow to rest for 5-10 mins while cake pop maker is heated up.
  • Add additional oat flour if batter is too runny.
  • Prepare to directions on cake pop maker.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
  • Enjoy.
