Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Instructions
- Place oats, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and salt in a large bowl; mix all ingredients together.
- Add almond butter and honey; stir until ingredients are well blended.
- Shape into 12 (about 1-inch diameter) balls.
- Refrigerate, covered, until chilled.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator, covered.
