Ingredients
- 3 cups Quaker® Oats-Old Fashioned
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together until mixed well.
- Line muffin pan with paper liners or grease well.
- Scoop batter into muffin tins.
- This makes about 15 muffins.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-16 minutes or until done.
