Simple and delicious, these tasty tiramisus are ready in minutes and can be served for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso (cold)
  • 8 Quaker® Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt and protein powder.
  • Transfer coffee to a shallow dish.
  • Dip 1 Quaker® rice cake into coffee for 2 to 3 seconds, then transfer to center of an individual serving plate. Spread with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Dip another rice cake in coffee for 2 to 3 seconds, then stack on first topped rice cake. Spread with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. Repeat to make 3 more single servings.
  • Dust each serving with 1/2 tsp cocoa powder and 1 tbsp walnuts.

Tips

  • Sweeten coffee with 1 tbsp granulated sugar or your favorite sweetener if desired. Substitute vanilla protein powder with chocolate if preferred.
