Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal offers a cozy breakfast twist, blending creamy oats with pumpkin puree and warm spices reminiscent of a classic pumpkin pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • 1 cup Quaker® Oats-Old Fashioned
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/6 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker pieces
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil water in a medium saucepan.
  • Stir in oats and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add pumpkin puree, spices and salt and stir to combine.
  • Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Divide among 2 bowls and top with pecans, graham crackers, brown sugar, and whipped cream. Enjoy!
